First Bike Ride
Yes, he is eating while riding. I wish we had gotten a picture at the beginning of the ride ... before he dug into the snacks. He had the biggest smile as the wind blew through his hair helmet.

Fun in the Sprinkler
Still working on my photography with a point and shoot. I'm not exactly sure where the angles came from. Maybe it was just trying to keep up with Cooper.

Father's Day 2009
I got this idea from a fellow blogger, and I have to say that J loved it. The photo shoot was "interesting". I kept trying for the perfect shot, but then I remembered that I have a toddler. So we took "Cooper shots" instead of the perfect shot. They really show his personality.
This was Cooper's first handmade present for Dad. It's a trophy that Cooper painted all by himself. Yes, he is holding a vegetable brush.
This was Cooper's first time catching his shadow. He was very excited to make the catch.
He loves his Dad.

Can't get much more random than this
I can honestly say it is never dull around here. If only I could have my camera in my hands for every little amazing or bizarre shot. You never know what that monkey is going to do next.
Some recent accomplishments are almost putting his Crocs on by himself. Saying lots of dada, dog ... Georgia (or some variation of it), fish, and still a bunch of stuff we have no idea, but he is very animated about it. He likes sitting on the potty seat but no progress yet. I'm sure you are waiting on the edge of your seat to hear more about that. Kissing pictures of us on the computer screen ... don't ask. Singing himself to sleep. Throwing a ball. Peeing in the corner waiting for the bath. Basically, keeping us on our toes every waking moment.
Afraid to think of what will come next.

Water Fun at the Mall
We took a brave step and took Cooper to a water fountain at a local mall. He stood by for five or so minutes ... just watching everyone.
And, then he was off. He had a blast. Make sure to check out the video at the end.
I think we will be doing this alot this summer.

A lazy Sunday afternoon.
The day started off a little on the calm side. I am not sure if he is following in my yoga footsteps and doing child's pose, or he is praying for me to bake cookies. Yes, he is laying on my silicon baking sheet. Never a dull moment with that boy.
Now, can you feel the action is these shots? He was very busy "helping" me plant a new herb pot. I think I lost more dirt than I gained from his "help." But, all in all, we had a great time.

Cooling off with the first summer watermelon. I stuck him in the kitchen sink when we came in from outside, and attempted to cool his head off a little. I think the water and the melon worked it's magic.

2nd Haircut
Cooper was not as impressed with his second haircut experience. He did eat the Tootsie Pop this time so I am dreading the next candy display we run into. His honorary Uncle D was in town, and got to meet Cooper for the first time. He accompanied J to the barber shop and took the photos.
A little happier face (and showing off a very nice haircut) while eating his first cherries of this season. I hope you can tell that they were a hit. Don't you love the irony of the Small Fries shirt on this big dude?
